Lennox PartsPlus® (now referred as Lennnox® Stores) selected D Custom to refresh and rebrand their existing in-store branding and customer experience. D Custom presented a strategically developed guide for the Lennox residential marketing team, dividing the overall signage into four categories: directional, informational, brand, and promotional. With over 150+ stores nation wide, a new brand and store signage guidelines were created to maintain consistency, and signs were distributed as kits per store.

A new brand guideline was developed which included details in color, typography, logo usage, and detailed diagrams for signage placement. Overall, the rebrand aligned with Lennox®'s vision to unite all Lennox-related internal brands to fall under One Lennox.

Added directional signage were designed and placed above doorways to ensure efficient customer and employee navigation.

Gondola toppers were created and placed according to product placement. This helps create visual separation between product placement.

Category signage above each section also underwent a facelift, stepping away from the previously out-dated design.

A selection of hanging posters were designed to educate customers of resources and programs offered by Lennox®.

BRANDED FLYERS

A variety of branded flyer templates were created for the client. Flyers are used to display equipment information, training program opportunities, and announcements.

Overall, the flyers were cohesively designed, using the same color and typography guidelines.
